invites all qualified bidders to participate in the bidding process for the "Procurement and Supply Project of (26,881) Square Meters of Prayer Rugs of Carpet Type Necessary for Mosques for the Financial Year 1403" and to submit their sealed offers in accordance with the terms of the bidding document, as per the law and public procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of announcement until (21) calendar days.

To obtain the bidding document, please visit the following address:
Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Chaharahi Ismat Muslim, former building of the Hajj Department) during official hours. The bidding document can be obtained via CD or flash drive. The time for bid opening will be according to the instructions provided in the bidding document. Late and online offers will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee amount is (800,000) eight hundred thousand Afghanis, to be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility conditions are in accordance with the information page of the bidding document.

Note: If there is any discrepancy between the text of the bidding document and this invitation for bidding, the text of the bidding document shall prevail.
