The Ministry of  MOHIA  invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the procurement project of the required 76 items of lubricants, filters, and vehicle batteries for the Fiscal Year 1405 (Solar Hijri).

Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the requirements set forth in the bidding documents, the Public Procurement Law and Procurement Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 days from the date of publication of this announcement, following the prescribed procurement procedures.

The bidding documents may be collected during official working hours on a CD or USB flash drive. During the bid opening session, the contents of the bidding documents shall serve as the basis for evaluating bidders' submissions. Any bids received after the specified deadline or submitted electronically via the Internet will not be accepted.

Note: In the event of any discrepancy between the text of the bidding documents and this Invitation to Bid, the text of the bidding documents shall prevail
