The Ministry of MOHIA Affairs hereby invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the Procurement and Supply of 17,500 (Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred) Square Meters of Carpets for Mosques in the Center and Provinces and to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the bidding documents and pursuant to the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 12 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The bid opening date and time shall be as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the bidding documents.
Late bids and bids submitted electronically via the Internet will not be accepted.
Note: In case of any discrepancy between the contents of the bidding documents and this Invitation for Bids, the bidding documents shall prevail and be considered authoritative.
