participate in the bidding process for the Procurement of Two (2) Items of Fuel (Petrol and Diesel) for the Year 1405

The Ministry of MOHIA hereby invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the bidding process for the Procurement of Two (2) Items of Fuel (Petrol and Diesel) for the Fiscal Year 1405 H.S. Qualified bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Bidding Documents, and pursuant to the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within eleven (11) calendar days from the date of publication of this invitation.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents:

The Bidding Documents may be obtained from the following address during official working hours, via CD or USB flash drive:

Shahr-e-Naw, Etisalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Intersection

The bid opening time shall be in accordance with the instructions provided on the Instructions to Bidders page of the Bidding Documents.

Late bids and bids submitted electronically via the Internet shall not be accepted.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the text of the Bidding Documents and this Invitation for Bids, the provisions of the Bidding Documents shall prevail.
