The Minister of MOHIA Travels to Saudi Arabia to Directly Supervise Afghan Pilgrims’ Affairs and Lead the Hajj Process

After the arrival of all thirty thousand (30,000) pilgrims of this year in the Holy City of Makkah, the Honorable Minister of MOHIA, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sarmuhaqiq Dr. Mawlawi Noor Mohammad Saqib, traveled to Saudi Arabia in order to directly supervise pilgrims’ affairs, further improve organization, and monitor and evaluate the services being provided.
It is planned that during his visit, the Honorable Minister will closely observe the process of pilgrims’ accommodation, transportation, nutrition, healthcare services, and guidance regarding Hajj rituals in Makkah Mukarramah, Madinah Munawwarah, and the holy sites. He will also evaluate the implementation and practical execution of the measures taken for the organized transfer of pilgrims to the sacred sites. Furthermore, the Honorable Minister will provide the responsible officials of the appointed committees with necessary guidance and recommendations regarding better organization and effective management of affairs.
Additionally, the Honorable Minister will participate in official conferences and meetings organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia. During these meetings, he will hold discussions with representatives of the Islamic world, officials of Hajj and Umrah, and relevant contracting companies regarding the further improvement of Hajj affairs, expansion of services for pilgrims, and strengthening of mutual cooperation.
The Ministry of MOHIA assures that, for the organized transfer of Afghan pilgrims to the holy sites for the performance of Hajj rituals and for providing them with the necessary services, alongside hundreds of employees of contracting companies, members of the Hajj Mission are also actively serving in committees related to nutrition, transportation, rituals, missing persons, deaths, and other relevant sectors, so that Afghan pilgrims may perform their Hajj rituals and worship in complete order, comfort, and tranquility
