Construction of a Prayer Mosque at the respected Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible applicants to participate in the bidding process for the project “Construction of a Prayer Mosque at the respected Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.” Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms of the tender document, in compliance with the laws and regulations of public procurement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of publication of this announcement up to 21 calendar days.

Tender documents can be obtained at the following address:
Procurement Department, Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Religious Endowments (Shahr-e-Now, Itesalat Alley, Faiz Mohammad Khan Intersection) during official working hours, either via CD or USB flash drive. The time for bid opening will be communicated to bidders as per the instructions page. Late submissions and online bids will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee amount is AFN 360,000 (Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Afghanis) in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility criteria are specified on the bidder information page.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the tender document and the announcement, the text of the tender document shall prevail.
