The Ministry of MOHIA hereby invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the Procurement and Supply of Office Supplies (Desks, Chairs, Electronic Equipment, and Other Required Goods) for the Year 1405 and to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the requirements and conditions specified in the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the Procurement Law and Procurement Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
Address for Obtaining the Bidding Documents:
Procurement Directorate, Ministry of MOHIA, (Shahr-e-Naw, Etisalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Intersection), during official working hours.
Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents through a CD or USB flash drive.
The date and time of bid opening shall be in accordance with the details specified on the Instructions to Bidders page of the Bidding Documents.
Late and electronically submitted bids shall not be accepted.
Note: In case of any discrepancy between the Bidding Documents and this Invitation to Bid announcement, the provisions of the Bidding Documents shall prevail.
