Minister of MOHIA Participates in the “Khitamahu Misk” Ceremony Organized by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on the Conclusion of the Hajj Season

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlawi Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Head of the Afghan Hajj Mission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, participated in the international meeting entitled “Khitamahu Misk”, held in Makkah Al-Mukarramah on the successful conclusion of the Hajj season of 1447 AH. The event was organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and was attended by Ministers of Hajj and senior officials from various countries around the world.
During the meeting, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia, commended and praised the efforts and effective management of the Hajj missions of different countries. In his remarks, he described the role of the Hajj missions as vital to the orderly, safe, and successful performance of this year's Hajj rituals. He added that the officials of the Hajj missions had demonstrated sincerity, high standards of organization, and effective coordination in managing, serving, and guiding pilgrims.
Dr. Al-Rabiah also expressed appreciation to the Hajj missions of participating countries, including Afghanistan, for their effective cooperation and timely coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and service providers in addressing pilgrims’ concerns, delivering quality services, and ensuring the organized management of the various stages of Hajj rituals. He noted that such cooperation played a highly valuable and effective role in the success and smooth implementation of this year's Hajj operations.
The Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah further announced the commencement of preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH. In this regard, he handed over the Initial Arrangements Document (Wathiqat Al-Tartibat Al-Awwaliyah) and the official timetable for the upcoming Hajj season to the heads of Hajj missions from various countries, enabling them to organize and follow up on their preparations, planning, and administrative procedures in accordance with the established schedule.
Meanwhile, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlawi Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and the service companies for the facilities and services provided to pilgrims. He described the efforts made toward ensuring the orderly, safe, and successful conduct of Hajj as valuable and commendable, emphasizing their important role in enhancing the welfare, comfort, and quality of services provided to the pilgrims of the Holy House of Allah.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister also held separate meetings and discussions with several ministers and heads of Hajj missions from different countries. During these meetings, views and information were exchanged regarding the situations and developments in their respective countries.
