Announcement from the Ministry of MOHIA

In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the contract for the rental of ten (10) Model 580 buses for transporting pilgrims from the Hajj Complex to Kabul International Airport and vice versa for the year 1404 to the Capital Transport Company, holder of license number (96365), located on Silo Road, adjacent to the Transport Directorate, Kabul. The total contract amount is AFN 2,256,660 (Two million two hundred fifty-six thousand six hundred sixty Afghanis).

Individuals or entities who have any objections may submit their written objections, along with supporting evidence, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract, and no contract will be concluded until the aforementioned period has expired and all subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
