By this notice, in accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to contract the project for preparing and supplying liquefied gas required for the central offices of the Ministry for the winter season of year 1403 to Barak Amiri Limited, holding license number (19238), located at Serket 2, Lab Jar Khairkhana, Danesh Street, Central Kabul, at a total price of (1,526,000) one million five hundred twenty-six thousand Afghanis.

Individuals or entities who have any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing along with supporting evidence to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA from the date of publication of this announcement until seven calendar days later, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract, and until the completion of the aforementioned period and the subsequent legal processes, no contract will be concluded."
