Decision to award contract: Procurement project for (20) sets of printed stationery and necessary supplies for the Hajj process of the fiscal year 1403.

Pursuant to Article 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the procurement project for (20) sets of printed stationery and necessary supplies for the Hajj process of the fiscal year 1403 to the esteemed contractor Habib Nasiri, holder of license number 47274, located at Char Rah-e Sadarat Haq-e Markit, Kabul, Afghanistan, at a total price of AFN 2,647,176 (two million six hundred forty-seven thousand one hundred seventy-six Afghanis).

Natural and legal persons who have any objections may submit their objections in writing within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, along with their reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract until the completion of the aforementioned deadline and through the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded
