The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible applicants to participate in the bidding process for the project of procurement and supply of (3) types of fuel materials required for the kitchen of the National Hajj Process for the fiscal year 1404. Applicants should submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender document, in compliance with the laws and public procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the publication of this announcement.

The tender document can be obtained from the following address:

Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Etesalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Square) during official working hours. The document can be accessed via CD or flash drive at the time of bid opening, as per the instructions in the guideline page for applicants. Late or online bids will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee is an amount of 20,000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee, with eligibility conditions as specified in the applicant’s information page.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the tender document and the invitation announcement, the terms of the tender document will prevail.
