Project Procurement of Liquefied Gas Required for the Central Offices of the Ministry for the Winter of the year 1403

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all qualified applicants to participate in the bidding process for the project of procuring liquefied gas necessary for the central offices of the ministry for the winter of year 1403. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms of the bidding document, as per the law and the procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of publication of this announcement until (21) calendar days thereafter.

The bidding document can be obtained from the following address:
Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Chaharahi Asmat Muslim, former Hajj Directorate building) during official hours. The document can be acquired via CD or flash drive, and the bid opening will be conducted according to the instructions provided to bidders in the bidding document. Late bids and internet submissions will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee amount is (43,820) forty-three thousand eight hundred twenty Afghanis, to be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility conditions are as stated in the bidder information page.
