construction project of a a mosque within its premises at the National Environmental Protection Agency

Pursuant to Clause (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, this is to inform the general public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the construction project of a a mosque within its premises at the National Environmental Protection Agency to Abid Shoaib Construction Company, holder of License No. (65239), located on Nerkh Road, Maidan Wardak Center, at a total contract price of AFN 4,038,665 (Four million thirty-eight thousand six hundred sixty-five Afghanis).

Natural and legal persons who have any objections in this regard may submit their written (objection), along with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article Fifty of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract award, and no contract shall be concluded until the above-mentioned period has elapsed and all subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
