Construction Project of a mosque at the Bibi Mehro Complex, under the General Directorate of Intelligence, for the year 1404

The Ministry of  MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the “Construction Project of a mosque  at the Bibi Mehro Complex, under the General Directorate of Intelligence, for the  year 1404.”

Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed offers in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the bidding document, in line with the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of this announcement.

Bidding Document Collection Address: 

Procurement Directorate, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Etisalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Intersection), during official working hours, available via CD or flash drive.

The bid opening date and additional details will be communicated to bidders as outlined in the instructions page of the bidding document. Late or online submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Security: 

An amount of 297,000 Afghanis, in the form of a bank guarantee. Eligibility requirements are detailed in the bid information sheet.

In case of any discrepancies between the bidding announcement and the text of the bidding document, the text of the bidding document shall be considered authoritative
