bidding process for the procurement and preparation of 25 items of food supplies required for the National Hajj process for the year 1404

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible candidates to participate in the bidding process for the procurement and preparation of 25 items of food supplies required for the National Hajj process for the year 1404. Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender document, in compliance with the law and public procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of the announcement.

The tender document can be obtained from the following address: 

Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Ismat Muslim Square, former Hajj Department building) during official working hours. The document can be obtained via CD or flash drive. The bid opening will be conducted according to the guidelines outlined in the instruction page of the tender document. Late or online bids will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee amount is 250,000 Afghanis (two hundred fifty thousand Afghanis) in the form of a bank guarantee, and the eligibility criteria are outlined in the bidding information page.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the tender document and the invitation announcement, the text of the tender document shall prevail.
