د ارشا، حج اوقافو وزارت په شرایطو برابرو ټولو هغو داوطلبانو(عوښتونکو) ته بلنه ورکوي ترڅو د دغه وزارت د 1403 مالي کال د حج په پروسه کې د شل قلمه مطبوع قرطاسیه او لوازمو د چمتو کولو په پروژه کې د داوطلبۍ په پروسه کې ګډون وکړي او د اړوندې شرطنامې یو نقل په وړیا توګه د اسکن کاپی سی دی، فلش په ډول، د اعلان د خپریدو له نېټې څخه تر ۲۱ تقویمي ورځو پورې د تدارکاتو له آمریت څخه ترلاسه کړي، د شرطنامې د ترلاسه کولو ځای د ارشا، حج اوقافو وزارت ، د تدارکاتو ریاست عصمت مسلم څلورلارې نوی ښارګوټی کابل .

له داوطلب څخه د آفر تضمین (163,000) یو سلو دری شپیته زره افغانۍ بانکي تضمین اخیستل کیږي، ناوخته رارسیدل شوي او انټرنټي آفرونه د منلو وړ نه دي.
