The Ministry of  MOHIA  invites all eligible applicants to participate in the bidding process for the project of procurement and preparation of (10) types of clothing and items necessary for the National Hajj process for the year 1404. Applicants are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms of the bidding document, and in compliance with the laws and procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the publication date of this notice.

To obtain the bidding documents, please visit the following address:

Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA, (Shahr-e-Naw, Atal Sahel Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Intersection), during official working hours. The documents can be obtained through CD or Flash Drive. The bid opening will follow the instructions listed in the document. Late or internet submissions will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee is an amount of (40,600) Forty thousand six hundred Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee. Eligibility requirements are as outlined in the bidding document.

Note: In case of any discrepancies between the terms of the bidding document and the invitation notice, the terms of the bidding document shall prevail.
