In accordance with Clause (2), Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the Ministry of MOHIA hereby informs the public that it intends to award the project for the construction of a mihrab (prayer niche) in the honorable Office of Statistics and Information for the fiscal year 1404 Hijri Solar to Al-Muslim Construction Company, holder of license number D-23891, located at Room 408, 5th Floor, Faisal Nisar Tower, 40-Meter Road, Central Kabul, Kabul, at a total contract value of 8,128,672.20 AFN (eight million, one hundred twenty-eight thousand, six hundred seventy-two point twenty Afghanis).

All natural and legal persons who have any objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections, along with supporting documents, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Religious Affairs within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

Note: This notification does not constitute a formal contract, and no contract shall be signed until the expiration of the above-mentioned period and completion of the legal procedures.
