In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement and provision of 54 types of medicines and medical supplies required for the National Hajj Process for the fiscal year 1404 to Saresht Trading Company, license number (65142), located in Qasaba, Mamar Alley, Kabul City, Kabul. The total contract value is AFN 3,438,040 (Three million four hundred thirty-eight thousand and forty Afghanis).
Any natural or legal persons who have objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections, along with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute a contract, and no contract will be signed until the aforementioned period is completed and the subsequent legal procedures are fulfilled.
