The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible applicants to participate in the bidding process for the project of renting (10) buses (Model 580) for transporting pilgrims from the complex to Kabul International Airport and vice versa for the fiscal year 1404. Applicants should submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the tender document, following the laws and public procurement procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the publication of this announcement.

Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Etesalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Square) during official working hours. The document can be accessed via CD or flash drive at the time of bid opening, as per the instructions in the guideline page for applicants. Late or online bids will not be accepted.

The bid guarantee is an amount of 105,000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee, with eligibility conditions as specified in the applicant’s information page.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the tender document and the announcement, the terms of the tender document will prevail
