بدینوسیله به تأسی از فقره (2) ماده چهل و سوم قانون تدارکات به اطلاع عموم رسانیده میشود، حج و اوقاف در نظر دارد، تهیه و تدارک مقدار (80000) لیتر تیل پطرول و مقدار (60000) لیتر تیل دیزل برای عراده جات وزرات مربوط وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف.

را به شرکت مسعود نور لمیتد جواز شماره (13563) آدرس شرکت: چهارراهی حوزه 4، مرکز کابل، کابل، به قیمت مجموعی (7200000) هفت میلیون و دوصد هزار افغانی اعطاء نماید.

اشخاص حقیقی و حکمی که هر گونه اعتراض در زمینه داشته باشند، میتوانند اعتراض خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی هفت روز تقویمی طور کتبی توأم با دلایل آن به آمریت تهیه و تدارکات وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف وفق احکام ماده پنجاهم قانون تدارکات ارائه نمایند.

این اطلاعیه به معنی عقد قرارداد نبوده و الی تکمیل میعاد فوق الذکر و طی مراحل قانونی بعدی، قرارداد منعقد نخواهد شد.
